CLUSTER V, for vibraphone and electronics, can be considered as one of the versions of the CLUSTER series. The following types of performance of the piece are possible: - vibraphone, live electronics and support sounds (in quadraphony) - vibraphone and support sounds (in quadraphony) - vibraphone and support sounds (in stereo) The composition has a general form that we could define as "mirror"; this element becomes the criterion that extends to the details of the material and the substance of the processing principles, and not least the spatialization of the signal.The entire work is nothing but the construction and de-construction (in time and space) of the textures and sound agglomerates dominated by the interval of the perfect fourth (IV).
