Rosie CQ & Co
Big Sky Fringe Festival - May 22, 8pm MST https://www.bigskyfringefestival.org/projects/7051?tab=details Your not-so-average pop music experience–specifically, your first POP PERCUSSION experience. Join Rosie CQ and Co for a LIVE SHOW at the Giggle Box! All original music featuring vibraphone, vocals, drums and percussion. Rosie is excited to perform her first full show back home in over a year. Rosie is a classically trained percussionist who has always had a love for singing and songwriting, but never felt comfortable with piano or guitar. As she became a more accomplished four-mallet vibraphonist through her percussion studies, she began singing and writing her songs for mallet instruments and her creative world exploded with possibilities. She is a pioneer in the world of percussion for bringing mallet percussion out of the concert hall and onto new stages of all sizes. In January, 2021, Rosie released her self-produced debut album, “the how & the why,” which features a collection of songs from her college years exploring relationships, loss, and self-empowerment. Currently, Rosie is based in Spokane, WA, where she performs, writes, and records music for both personal and collaborative projects. You can listen to her work on any streaming platform under “Rosie Cerquone,” visit her YouTube channel at Rosie CQ, or visit her website, www.rosiecerquone.com. Learn More at rosiecerquone.com |
